• OMG School year 2025-2026 is my last year of funding, biting my nails!
• Conferences hopping from Dakar, West Africa to LA and everywhere in between
• Going into my last year 25-2026 in my ph..d program
• Two major book chapters coming out
• Manuscript done, looking for a publisher
• 2nd LA Krip-Hop event
• Krip-Rasta: Krip-Hop Reggae music project and a new chapter in Jamaica
• Continuing to take my comp exams two more until Fall quarter
• Start looking for a place to live in LA after my Ph.d. is over
• Might come out with an download album
• Start putting together a committee and fundraising for the Krip-Hop Institute
• Start organizing a trip to Brazil
• Start the process of defending my dissertation proposal and applying for grants and fellowships to do the travel and fieldwork of my dissertation.
• Start working on the last issue of the Krip-Hop Komic book series Vol 4. I’m looking for an artist, it’s a paid gig.
• Participate in two film projects
